Small tool for tracking expenses with metadata like reimbursement alongside receipt images. Created for use tracking medical expenses reimbursed via HSA. (in case of IRS)

Written in Tcl/Tk, using sqlite as a datastore. Embeds wapp, with patch to handle mixed file and non-file inputs.

Requires tcl 8.6 with sqlite3 extension.

Import schema using sqlite3 < schema.sql prior to first use.
